Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Land Cost (Bhutan & Nepal)

• No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• A 10% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 2 weeks before the arrival date.
• A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
• No refund will be provided once the visa has been processed and issued.

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets

• A 90% refund will be provided for flight tickets cancelled more than 30 days before the original travel date.
• A 75% refund will be provided for flight tickets cancelled between 10 to 29 days before the original travel date.
• A 50% refund will be provided for flight tickets cancelled between 2 to 9 days before the original travel date.

Please note that all refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable bank charges, transaction fees, and service charges.
